- Temperature resistance up to 600°C.
- Excellent die-cutting even in small pieces.
- Excellent dielectric characteristics.
- As support for resistances.
- Insulation plates.
- Electric heating appliances (toasters, hair dryers, heaters, microwave ovens, etc.).
- Electrical equipment (spark extinguishing chamber).
- Etc.
It corresponds to flexible mica, based on integrated phlogopite mica paper with a reinforcement of fine glass fabric, impregnated with silicone resins with high technical properties and flexibility.
- Resistance temperature >1000ºC

- Induction furnaces.
- Spark extinguishing chambers.
- Etc.
Insulating laminate, glass fabric and self-extinguishing (class V0) resin- based. It does not emit toxic fumes in case of fire. In the manufacturing process, the material is pressed at high pressure, to increase the percentage of glass fibre, which is translated into good mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
- Excellent performance in compression at temperatures of 210-220ºC and 300°C at peak.
- Flame resistance V0.
- Good mechanical properties in cold and hot atmosphere.
- Subjected to fire, the fumes are not toxic
- Excellent dielectric properties at hot temperatures.
- Insulation for press plates and injection moulds.
- Electrical insulation in high temperature.
- Etc.
TYPES: 8.30, 8.40, 8.42
(Self-extinguishing)
Insulating laminate plate-shaped made of glass fabric and epoxy resin.
Laminate composed by a glass fibre fabric substrate impregnated in epoxy resin. It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties thanks to its high pressure pressing manufacturing process.
- Very low hygrometric susceptibility.
- Small losses at high frequency.
- Excellent mechanical properties at cold temperatures.
- Maintenance of good part of these mechanical properties at temperatures up to 180°C.
- Good dielectric properties.
- Cold die-cutting up to 3 mm. of thickness.
- Electrical control for high frequency.
- Elements that must withstand very high dynamic stresses.
- Elements that require high resistance to fatigue.
- Etc.
It is a free alkali electrical insulating material, made from fibreglass and polyester resin instituted. It is manufactured at high pressure and temperature, so it is a rigid insulating material. It is suitable for mechanical and electrical use.
